Geraldine Dooley, a native of Tuam, graduated from University College Dublin with an honours degree in physiotherapy in 1995. She gained experience in many areas while working in Tullamore General Hospital, St. Luke's hospital Kilkenny, The Adelaide Hospital Dublin and Merlin Park Hospital Galway. She developed a special interest in musculo-skeletal conditions and Sports Injuries while working in private practices in Howth, Co. Dublin and Dunshaughlin Co. Meath. In 1999 Ger Dooley co-founded the North Galway Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic in her hometown of Tuam, Co. Galway. She moved from North Galway Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic to her current practice in 2008 at number 7 Trinity Court, Tuam, which is a purpose built practice. She has worked with football, soccer and rugby teams in the treatment of sports injuries. Geraldine Dooley has completed many courses to further develop her skills as a physiotherapist. - The McKenzie Approach to Back Pain.
